Regina Corrao is a senior consultant whose work focuses on leadership, organizational development and coaching in public and private sectors including higher education and not-for-profits.
Current and recent clients include the Massachusetts Animal Coalition, Lahey Health, HMFH Architects, Norwich University, Bentley University, Smith College, Trinity College and Tufts University. She is currently the President, and former Program Chair, for the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF), a non-profit membership organization for senior HR professionals.
From 2006-2013 Regina was the Leadership and Organizational Development Director at Tufts University supporting the mission and goals in every school and division. As the senior learning and development executive, she partnered with the university administrative and academic leaders on a wide range of initiatives that included strategic planning, strategic talent development, academic leadership development, and executive coaching. Prior to that she had a consulting practice and was also a Learning and Development manager at Digital Equipment.
She is particularly interested in helping to create work environments and teams that actively generate and nurture creativity, organizational learning, constructive disagreement, and an achievement and results orientation. Her formal education includes a program in Advanced Organizational Development through Columbia University, a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Boston University, and a B.A. in Communications.
