Leadership Accountability

More and more, HR leaders are being called upon to drive organizational transformation. But recent studies show that only 7 percent of employees have trust and confidence in their senior leaders. How can we ever get our organizations to succeed if so few employees believe in their senior leaders? These are just some of the questions we’ll explore on May 18th with the help of a New York Times Best Selling author Vince Molinaro, who will share with us how to use "The Leadership Contract" to promote personal -- and organizational -- accountability and build a strong leadership culture to drive sustainable growth and innovation. Vince will explain why leadership, and specifically leadership culture, is the only real differentiator between the organizations that thrive and those that fall behind. He will also talk about the shortcomings of current leadership methods and how to adopt new policies and mentalities to make you a better leader and help you drive organizational transformation. And last but not least, this session will feature Barbara Meens Thistle, a VP of Central Services at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), and the case study of how ICBC transformed itself by focusing on creating strong leadership accountability among its leaders.
