Organization Design: A Practitioner’s Perspective

HR leaders are often called upon to guide their organizations through major change, much of which is accompanied by an examination of – and modifications to – the organizational structure in response to that change.   Join the conversation to learn one company’s various successful approaches to the practical application of organizational design theory, from the real-life experience and perspective of functional and HR leadership.

This session will include:

  • A great story of transformational growth highlighting three different scenarios
  • A variety of approaches to facilitating organizational design work
  • A candid panel discussion of best practices and lessons learned from each journey of applying OD principles within different functions of  the business
